Senior Architect/Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect/Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary firm, you will oversee projects from concept to completion, driving architectural design and detailing, and integrating with other disciplines.

Your daily tasks will include managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, developing and refining architectural concepts and details. You will lead project teams, oversee site execution, and ensure that projects meet client specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from inception to delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects in their professional development.
  • Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to deliver high-quality results.
  • Oversee site execution and ensure compliance with quality control measures.
  • Drive design research, detailing, and innovation to enhance our portfolio.
  • Represent the firm in client meetings and presentations, showcasing your expertise and passion for architecture.
  • Contribute to studio growth through strategic inputs and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a strong focus on Interiors.
  • 6+ years of professional experience with proven track record of project leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of construction, detailing, and material specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in design/documentation software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • A portfolio showcasing built work, demonstrating your passion for design excellence.
