AI Visionary Leader

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI leader to spearhead our AI strategy and revolutionize matchmaking platforms. In this pivotal role, you will drive innovation across personalized recommendations, fraud prevention, and customer engagement using data science.

As the AI Visionary Leader, you will be responsible for defining and executing the AI roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models to enhance user experiences. You will champion the integration of AI and LLMs to drive developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.

You will leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and enhance overall CX/RX. Deploying LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement, you will also lead advanced analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.

With strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills, you will develop and scale plans, strategies, and tactics for business success. As a leader, you will develop and mentor a high-performing AI team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI product development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable institution; MBA or executive education preferred.
