Lead Visionary in AI and Computer Vision

We seek an accomplished professional to spearhead a team of experts in developing innovative solutions at the intersection of artificial intelligence and computer vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Oversee, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary group of researchers and engineers. Define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Research & Development: Design, implement, and optimize deep learning algorithms for tasks such as detection, segmentation, tracking, and recognition. Drive innovation in image analysis, medical imaging, industrial inspection, and automation.
  • Project Execution: Translate business needs into AI-based solutions. Oversee end-to-end pipeline: data acquisition, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment. Ensure robustness, scalability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams. Present results to stakeholders, prepare technical reports, and support publications/patent filings. Represent the team in conferences, client meetings, and collaborations.
Required Skills:
  • Masters or PhD in Computer Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in AI, computer vision, and deep learning, with at least 2+ years in leadership/mentorship roles.
  • Strong track record in developing and deploying deep learning models (Unets, CNNs, Transformers, GANs, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, DICOM, NIfTI and related libraries.
  • Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and model optimization (quantization, pruning).
  • Publication/patent record (for R&D roles) or deployment history (for industry roles).
