We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development of our AI platform. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for architecting and building the core distributed systems that provide a reliable and scalable foundation for our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and Build: Design, develop, and operate foundational backend services that meet rigorous standards for performance and reliability.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship through exemplary code, design documents, and thoughtful code reviews.
  • Foundational Accountability and Impact: Take ownership of complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
  • Solve Complex Problems: Tackle challenging technical issues in distributed computing, large-scale data processing, and overall system architecture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • More than 10 years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of designing and building complex, large-scale distributed systems.
  • Deep expertise in backend development, including system architecture, data modeling, and API design.
  • A strong bias for action and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C++).
  • Experience with modern cloud and data infrastructure is essential.
