Leadership Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the Audit & Assurance Department. This role demands strong leadership skills to mentor project leaders, manage client expectations, and drive operational efficiency.

  • Ensure timely communication with clients on project status and reporting.
  • Review team outputs (Workings, Audit reports, and Certifications) and maintain structured review documentation.
  • Track and consolidate daily work submissions from project leaders.
  • Facilitate learning initiatives and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and facilitate collaboration among team members.
  • Cascade training received from senior management to project leaders.
  • Guide team members to achieve performance benchmarks and maximize their output.
  • Maintain discipline and professional conduct at client premises.
  • Prepare and present project observations to senior management.
  • Identify and groom potential leaders across different projects.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of audit & assurance standards and processes.
  • Expertise in reviewing and analyzing audit work papers.
  • Knowledge of MIS reporting, compliance requirements, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Mentoring and coaching capability to develop future leaders.
