Job Title:

Quality Assurance Team Manager

Overview:

The Quality Assurance Team Manager will oversee a team of Senior Quality Assurance analysts responsible for performing independent QA audits on underwriting work done by third-party vendors.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team in achieving high-quality audit results and meeting business objectives.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of audit findings.
  • Collaborate with process owners, compliance, and training teams to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor team productivity and manage audit sampling volumes to ensure timely completion of reviews.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; insurance certifications like ACII or CPCU preferred.
  • 10-12 years of experience in P&C industry operations lead, including 4 years overseeing QA function and managing high-performing teams.
  • Proven expertise in underwriting processes for different geography regions and business lines.
  • Familiarity with vendor governance and multi-tier QA environments.
