Sales Team Leader Position at Mavericks Education
Mavericks Education is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Conduct team meetings and sales training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Evaluate and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitors.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
