Effective Learning Facilitator

Job Overview:
As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees. Your role involves supervising and monitoring progress made via training programs.
You will develop and understand training materials, working closely with individuals to evaluate how well employees have learned. This includes liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs.
The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of various training methodologies and tools. You will work with stakeholders to determine training needs and other development strategies, conducting gap analysis and interfacing with clients to progress business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include conducting seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and managing the training team to ensure training effectiveness. You will also conduct Training The Trainers (TTTs), monitor employee competence to identify any need for retraining or continuous improvement, and interpret and comply with work standards, regulations, policies, and procedures.
You will prepare educational material such as modules, e-learning material, self-learning material, and design & execution reviews to ensure training files are complete. Additionally, you will manage all training documents, maintain and verify training calendars, audit documentation for completed training, mentor the L&D team, manage resources, calibrate other facilitators, and conduct TTTs.
