Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced content creator to lead our team in crafting compelling stories that captivate and engage our audience. As Lead Content Creator, you will develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that showcases our research expertise and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a robust YouTube content plan, blending in-depth explainers, interviews with industry experts, and short-form trend videos to drive audience growth and engagement.
  • Create and publish high-quality content on social media channels that highlights our research findings, sparks conversations among investors, and turns followers into brand advocates.
  • Craft clear, engaging articles, infographics, newsletters, and social posts from technical market analysis for Research360, RIISE, and other platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with financial journalists and media outlets to secure thought leadership opportunities and maintain top-of-mind awareness.
  • Collaborate with research analysts, product marketing, design, and video production teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a compelling brand voice in all content.
  • Analyze data and audience feedback to refine themes, formats, and distribution tactics, driving engagement, brand recall, and lead generation over time.
  • Lead and mentor a talented team of writers, editors, video producers, and freelancers, fostering an environment where creativity thrives and growth is encouraged.
