Job Title: Technical Innovation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Innovation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying knowledge of medical device regulations to execute gap assessments, manufacturing print reviews, and remediation activities.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with 6-8 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Creo and Solid Works, as well as strong verbal and presentation skills, are also required.

This is a highly technical role that requires the ability to coordinate with suppliers, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and drive collaboration to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply knowledge of medical device regulations to execute gap assessments, manufacturing print reviews, and remediation activities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve technical queries and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and achieve project goals.
  • Prepare 2D/3D drawings/models for assemblies and components in compliance with ASME standards, with expertise in GD&T.
  • Conduct, review, and update models for tol-stackup studies and dimensional variation analysis (1D/2D) using Creo-CETol or other tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Creo and Solid Works
  • Strong verbal and presentation skills
  • Well-versed in MS Powerpoint and Excel
  • Experience in creating production drawing using GD&T, tol-stack up studies for dimensional analysis using tools (excel, CETol), and concept development & prototyping
