Job Title: AI Innovation Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional AI Innovation Specialist to spearhead the development of cutting-edge Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of transformer architectures, fine-tuning techniques, and prompt engineering. Proficiency in Python programming languages and experience with popular ML/AI libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and OpenAI API are essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end ML workflows that cover data ingestion, model training, evaluation, and production deployment. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact GenAI use cases and integrate vector databases for cost-effective scaling.

As a senior role, you will lead system design and cloud deployment strategies, establish best practices, and mentor junior team members.

Core Skills:

  • Generative AI and LLMs: Hands-on experience with transformers, fine-tuning (LoRA/PEFT), and prompt engineering.
  • Python: Proficiency with ML/AI libraries (Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, PyTorch/TensorFlow, OpenAI API).
  • MLOps: Experience with CI/CD for ML, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native deployment (AWS / GCP / Azure).

Educational Qualification:

– Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related technical field.
