The technical delivery head leads the design and development of end-to-end technical solutions that meet client business requirements, align with organizational goals, and adhere to best practices. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technology leader with deep expertise across architecture, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and modern software development.

Overseeing the successful delivery of technological solutions and services to clients or internal stakeholders. The role requires a strong blend of leadership, technical expertise, stakeholder management, and strategic vision to manage cross-functional teams and complex programs.

Translate complex business requirements into technical designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.

Delivery Leadership

Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale technology projects or programs.

Ensure projects are executed as per defined standards, methodologies, and quality benchmarks (Agile, DevOps, ITIL, etc.).

Act as the escalation point for delivery-related issues and risks

Strategic Planning:

Project Leadership:

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Adaptability to evolving project requirements.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Min 15+ years of experience in IT/Technology roles, with at least 5 years in solution architecture or technical pre-sales.

Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), integration patterns, microservices, APIs, databases, etc.

Expertise in enterprise applications, SaaS, and modern cloud-native architectures.

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
