**Job Summary:**

  • This role involves providing technical expertise and consultancy services to internal teams and the global community.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating applications into our authentication service, onboarding user directories from new acquisitions, and implementing strategic objectives in conjunction with the architects. Additionally, they will coach the technical support team, manage designated team members, and maintain technical artefacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 3rd line technical support to internal teams and the global community.
  • Integrate applications into our authentication service for authentication, authorisation, and provisioning.
  • Onboard user directories from new acquisitions and existing companies as required.
  • Assist in the implementation of strategic objectives in conjunction with the architects.
  • Cross-train the IDAM technical support team to enhance their understanding.
  • Manage designated technical team members.
  • Maintain CMDB Service Catalogue technical artefacts relating to IDAM configuration items.

Requirements:

  • Certified to Okta Consultant level or equivalent in another Identity product.
  • Expert understanding of IDAM solutions, particularly Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, G-Suite, and AWS.
  • Advanced understanding of SSO implementations including SAML/OpenID integrations.
  • A minimum of 5 years technical experience in IDAM support implementations.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Experience working in large scale, high complexity environments.
