Job Title: ServiceNow Developer and Admin

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow developer and administrator with a strong background in production systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Linux and a proven track record of developing or enhancing existing ITSM modules in ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Production systems using ServiceNow Admin.
  • Develop and enhance existing ITSM modules.
  • Participate in and handle Incident escalation calls.
  • Triage and resolve incidents, handle key events, support release and deployments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Provide SNOW Admin L2 support as per shift coverage requirement.
  • Extensive experience with Linux.
  • Development experience in SNOW ITSM module.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
