About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a key position, where you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to ensure accuracy. You will work closely with fund accounting teams to document functional and technical requirements for system enhancements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze financial data to identify process gaps and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to enhance fund accounting platforms.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed reports to support business decisions.
  • Provide exceptional stakeholder communication skills to ensure seamless integration with other departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hedge fund accounting concepts, including NAV calculation, accruals, P&L attribution, and fee structures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Familiarity with proprietary systems and software applications used in the industry.
