**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of materials to the operations team, managing inventory requisitions, purchase orders receipts, materials received register (MRR), storage, dispatch, and inventory control used in the manufacturing units.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and maintain accurate records of stock issues and receptions.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Perform cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including production, logistics, and procurement teams.
  • Analyzing data and identifying trends to optimize inventory management and reduce costs.
  • Implementing process improvements and contributing to the development of new procedures and policies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in warehousing, inventory management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results-oriented performance.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems, including MS-Office.
