Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse team in achieving exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, improving processes, and ensuring a safe working environment.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, processing, and shipping inventory.
  • Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction within the warehouse team.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center management role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, logistics, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with Lean principles and process improvement techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Knowledge of Amazon's policies and procedures.
