Our showroom offers a wide range of gold and diamond jewelry, and we are looking for a sales professional who can help us achieve our sales targets and contribute to the showroom's overall growth.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers and close deals on gold and diamond jewelry.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the showroom's overall growth.
- Upsell and cross-sell related products (e.g., accessories, maintenance services).
- Provide personalized consultation to customers, helping them select jewelry that meets their preferences and budget.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and professionally.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in sales within the retail jewelry industry, particularly in gold and diamond sales.
- Previous experience in a senior sales position.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in marketing, business, or fashion).
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of gold and diamond products, including quality assessment (purity, weight, etc.).
