Punjabi Saraf Jewellers is a leading designer jewellery brand in Central India, seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and merchandising within the retail jewellery industry.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Trend Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Inventory and Stock Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels and control stock movements to meet customer demands.
- Cost Management and Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets to optimize profit margins and drive business growth.
- Sales Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-6 years of experience in sales within the retail jewellery industry, particularly in gold and diamond.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in marketing, business, or fashion).
- Skills: Strong sales skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in-depth knowledge of gold and diamond products, and basic knowledge of gemstones and precious metals.
- Personality Traits: Customer-centric, high attention to detail, and strong negotiation and closing skills.
