Job Description: Drive sales by proactively engaging with customers and closing deals on gold and diamond jewelry. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the showroom's overall growth. Upsell and cross-sell related products (e.g., accessories, maintenance services). Provide personalized consultation to customers, helping them select jewelry that meets their preferences and budget. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and professionally. Share detailed information with customers about products, including craftsmanship, quality, purity, and price. Assist in arranging and maintaining the showroom displays to ensure products are presented attractively and in line with brand guidelines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management. Guide and mentor junior sales staff, providing training on products and customer service skills. Help with stock management, including receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, and ensuring the availability of popular designs and sizes. Report discrepancies in inventory to management. Skills & Qualifications: Experience : Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in sales within the retail jewelry industry, particularly in gold and diamond sales. Previous experience in a senior sales Education : Graduate in any discipline (preferably in marketing, business, or fashion). Skills : Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of gold and diamond products, including quality assessment (purity, weight, etc.). Basic knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry care. Personality Traits : Customer-centric with a passion for jewelry. High attention to detail and quality. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
