We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Punjabi Saraf Jewellers. As a leading designer jewellery brand in Central India, we value expertise and enthusiasm in sales and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality products and competitive pricing.
  • Cost Management and Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets to optimize profit margins and drive business growth.
  • Inventory and Stock Control: Ensure accurate inventory levels and effective stock management to meet customer demands.
  • Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer preferences to inform business decisions.
  • Sales Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-6 years of experience in sales within the retail jewellery industry, particularly in gold and diamond.
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in marketing, business, or fashion).
  • Skills: Strong sales skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in-depth knowledge of gold and diamond products, and basic knowledge of gemstones and precious metals.
  • Personality Traits: Customer-centric, high attention to detail, and strong negotiation and closing skills.
