Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to lead the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities. This role requires strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to monitor and resolve service issues.

The successful candidate will be accountable for orchestrating IS service line operations, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services. This includes monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and compliance metrics.

  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of IS services
  • Coordinate operational activities across teams and vendors
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and compliance metrics
  • Support change-management efforts
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve operational performance
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in IS operations or service delivery roles
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks
