Job Title: HR Leadership Professional

We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven HR leader to spearhead our people-centric initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive culture-building efforts, engage employees across regions, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Culture & Engagement:
    • Design and implement initiatives that foster a strong, inclusive company culture.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with employees at all levels to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, ensuring timely and smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
    • Develop and maintain partnerships with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and design effective recruitment strategies.
  • Policy & Compliance:
    • Develop, review, and implement HR policies in line with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory obligations across regions.
  • Performance & Development:
    • Implement and manage performance management cycles, including goal-setting, feedback, and development planning.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and design training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • HR Operations & Technology:
    • Manage the HRIS system to track attendance, leaves, performance, and employee data.
    • Generate reports and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Business Partnership:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to department heads and leadership, providing strategic guidance on HR-related matters.
    • Collaborate with functions to ensure HR initiatives align with business objectives.
    Qualifications:
    • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
    • 5+ years of HR experience, including exposure to Indian labor laws, policy drafting, employee engagement, recruitment, and Zoho People or similar HRIS platforms.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and collaborate across departments.
    • Experience in L&D or training industry (preferable).
    • Certification in labor law, HR analytics, or employee relations (advantageous).
