Reimagine HR Processes and Deliver Seamless Implementations

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead end-to-end implementation projects of SAP SuccessFactors for UK-based clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that solutions align with local statutory and regulatory needs.

  • Implementation Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementation projects ensuring solutions align with local statutory and regulatory needs.
  • Business Process Reviews: Run Business Process Reviews (AS-IS / TO-BE) mapping workflows, uncovering pain points, and defining actionable improvements.
  • Solution Configuration: Configure and support Employee Central Core, Time Off, and Time Tracking optimising for UK HR scenarios.
  • Payroll Integration: Partner with payroll and technical teams to validate and support payroll integrations.
  • Delivery of High-Quality Outputs: Deliver consulting-quality outputs: process maps, gap analysis, recommendation logs, and future-state blueprints.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Implementation Experience: Proven SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience with UK-based organisations.
  • Deep Understanding of UK HR Laws: Deep understanding of UK HR laws, statutory requirements, and collective agreements.
  • Strong Background in Process Mapping: Strong background in process mapping, documentation, and workshop facilitation.
