Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully expanding market share and driving business growth. This role involves leading the development of quality teams, building and maintaining distribution networks, and managing productivity and activation of advisors within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Development: Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and drive business growth.
  • Team Development: Lead the development of quality teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Distribution Network: Build and maintain a robust and profitable distribution network of advisors and field leaders.
  • Productivity and Activation: Manage the productivity and activation of advisors within the team, including establishing good working habits, undertaking productivity improvement drives, and organizing specialized training programs.
  • Recruitment: Recruit and retain top talent to ensure team growth and productivity.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role with a focus on market expansion and business growth.
  • Proven track record of successful market expansion and business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
