Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead our projects from inception to delivery.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to execute projects flawlessly.
  • Ensure timely, within-scope project delivery without compromising quality.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Maintain resource availability and allocation effectively.
  • Create detailed project plans to track progress accurately.
  • Implement change management techniques to monitor scope, schedule, and cost adjustments.
  • Analyze project performance using relevant tools and systems.
  • Possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
  • Experience with project management tools like Basecamp or Trello is a plus.
  • Regularly report project status and escalate concerns to management as needed.
  • Nurture client and stakeholder relationships proactively.
  • Minimize project risks through effective risk management.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong educational background preferably in computer science or engineering for technical project managers.
  • Proven experience as a project administrator in the IT sector.
  • Excellent technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Outstanding client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is advantageous.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
