Job Summary:

A skilled Property Analysis Specialist is required to evaluate property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

This is a secure, full-time remote role where you will be trusted to review deals, calculate returns, check refurbishment estimates, and decide whether deals are feasible.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Evaluating residential and commercial property deals
    • Reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent documents, and other key information
    • Calculating key figures: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
    • Using and maintaining analysis spreadsheet tools
    • Producing written deal summaries with recommendations
    • Triple-checking every detail before submitting work
    • Taking ownership of your analysis — your decisions matter
    • Listening to feedback and improving with every deal reviewed

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Enjoy working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking
  • Have experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis
  • Understand terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Are meticulous — you check your work three times
  • Can handle important decisions under pressure
  • Welcome feedback and aim to improve constantly
