Cloud Infrastructure Manager Job Summary

This role involves overseeing and managing the company's IT infrastructure, focusing on cloud management, vendor management, and IT administration.

As a Cloud Infrastructure Manager, you will lead a team to design, implement, and maintain IT systems, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop cloud solutions that meet business needs and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, monitor, maintain, and support all cloud-based systems.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of cloud infrastructure.
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Oversee daily operations of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
  • Ensure availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
  • Implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in information technology infrastructure management.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Proven experience in managing IT vendors and negotiating contracts.
  • Experience in the asset management or financial services industry is preferred.
