As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that functional and technical requirements are clear, feasible, and testable. You will create detailed test plans and test cases to cover all aspects of the portal's functionality, perform testing on individual components and their interactions, identify defects, document them, and work with the development team to resolve issues.

You will also review and analyze system specifications, collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans, execute test cases, create logs to document testing phases and defects, report bugs and errors to the development team, help troubleshoot issues, conduct post-release/post-implementation testing, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Essential skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in automation testing, performance testing, and test strategy development is essential.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
  • You should have 5+ years of experience in software testing, and qualifications include a BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/Any Graduate degree with government experience required.
