We are seeking a skilled Manual Test Engineer to join our team.

About the Role

As a Manual Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Develop, document, and execute test cases based on product requirements and user stories.
  • Report, track, and manage defects using defect management tools.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure that new features or changes do not impact existing functionality.
  • Work closely with development teams to understand requirements, provide feedback, and verify fixes.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate test records.
  • Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and issues.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance the overall QA process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in manual testing.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with defect management tools such as Jira or Bugzilla.
