Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality of products and solutions through manual and/or automated testing, identifying bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless user experience.

The QA will be responsible for creating effective test scenarios based on business processes and requirements, designing, developing, and executing test cases (manual and/or automated), and ensuring timely resolution of defects.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing thorough understanding of requirements, specifications, and business processes.
  • Designing and developing comprehensive test plans and cases.
  • Identifying, logging, and tracking defects in a timely manner.

Additionally, this role requires close collaboration with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality, as well as participation in review meetings and contribution to continuous process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Our ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) and has 0-4 years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation).

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Basic knowledge of QA methodologies, testing types, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Postman, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar is a plus.
  • Understanding of databases and ability to write simple SQL queries for data validation.

Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
