Job Opportunity: Executive Business Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced executive to lead our business development efforts in the assigned market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive primary and secondary sales to ensure brand presence in the assigned market.
  • Manage distributor networks to achieve desired sales objectives.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets by promoting products ethically to customers as per the business plan.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Executing customer management plans to ensure all customers are covered as per the plan and meet minimum KPIs.
  • Collections of market intelligence, retailer-level inventory management calls, prescription audits, and creating/updating customer lists.
  • Identifying potential towns, appointing distributors, and customers in line with business philosophy.

You will be the manager of the company in your territory, authorized to build the company's reputation, and responsible for practicing and leading junior team members.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record in sales management.
