Job Title: Performance Marketer

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled marketer with hands-on campaign experience and a deep understanding of e-commerce or real estate marketing strategies. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing paid campaigns across various platforms, analyzing performance data, and optimizing results to achieve business objectives.

This is a high-impact position where you'll work closely with our creative team to develop effective ad copy and creatives that drive conversions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive paid campaign strategies.
  • Analyzing campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR) and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Collaborating with the creative team to design high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
  • Building and testing different audience segments and funnels to maximize ROI.
  • Providing regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
  • Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Good understanding of attribution modeling, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
  • Comfortable with A/B testing and iterating quickly.
