Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign optimization.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Meta Ads and Google Ads. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across these platforms.

  • Develop and execute end-to-end campaign strategies to drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Create compelling ad copy, visual briefings, and video scripts to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager for performance tracking and attribution setup.
  • Use data insights to segment audiences, run A/B tests, and fine-tune campaigns for better ROI and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Collaborate with design and UI/UX teams to ensure high-converting landing pages and funnel design.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging tools, and technologies to continuously improve campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce and lead generation environments.
  • Proven expertise in managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical and interpretation skills to track key metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rates.
  • Familiarity with marketing AI tools for campaign automation and scaling.
  • Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a solution-focused mindset.
