Job Overview

This senior leadership position blends legal expertise with operational finesse.

The Head of Legal will serve as the custodian of all legal strategy, execution, and governance across our entities and investment platforms.

  • End-to-end transaction ownership, including SHAs, SSAs, SPAs, PPMs, AoAs, NDAs, and employment agreements.
  • Fund structuring & entity formation, ensuring regulatory compliance and scalability.
  • Legal infrastructure & digital systems, including contract lifecycle management and documentation workflows.
  • Litigation, IP, and governance, including disputes, IP portfolio management, and board governance.
  • Team leadership & department building, including team performance management and cultural development.
  • Partnering with counsel, including quality control, budget optimization, and execution timelines.

Key Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive legal experience across corporate law, transactions, entity structuring, and fund formation.
  • Prior exposure to venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or family office ecosystems is preferred.
  • Exceptional command of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory nuance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and execute legal workstreams at speed and scale.
  • Proven team builder with a sharp operational mindset and high attention to detail.
  • Proficient with contract lifecycle tools, digital documentation systems, and cloud-based legal operations.
  • Law degree from a reputable institution; CS qualification is a plus.
