Business Development Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Strategist to join our team at TeamLease Edtech.
About the Role- This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive business growth through effective lead generation, conversion, and customer relationship management.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads through various digital channels.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted marketing campaigns that meet specific customer needs.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to optimize performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
- Team Coaching: Provide coaching and training to team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- A competitive salary of ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month.
