Job Title: Financial Controller

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead our financial operations, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and record-to-report processes.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of US GAAP/IFRS, compliance frameworks, and audit requirements, with prior experience working in a US/foreign accounting environment.
  • This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely financial outputs, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards.
  • The successful candidate will have expertise in variance analysis, audit support, and process improvement initiatives, with a proven track record of driving financial efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of overall accounting experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven expertise in AP, AR, and RTR processes within a US/foreign accounting environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and international reporting standards.
  • Familiarity with specialized aviation accounting tools like AvSight and Accounting Seed is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage accounting deliverables and collaborate with global clients and teams.
