We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning and Control Specialist to join our organization.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and control with experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. They will be responsible for driving financial transformation in manufacturing enterprises by leveraging their technical expertise and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial models and forecasts
    • Conduct thorough financial analyses and provide recommendations to senior management
    • Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and tax laws relevant to FI configuration
  • SAP FI Modules Expertise:
    • General Ledger Accounting (FI-GL)
    • Accounts Payable (FI-AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)
    • Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
    • Bank Accounting (FI-BL)
  • Configuration and Technical Skills:
    • Chart of accounts, fiscal year variants, posting periods, and currencies
    • Journal entries, recurring entries, and payment processing
    • SAP transaction codes related to FI such as FB01, F-02, F110, FBL1N, FBL5N
    • Integration with other modules like MM, SD, and CO
  • Financial Reporting and Analytics:
    • Generating financial statements and audit reports
    • SAP data migration tools like LSMW, BAPIs, and IDOCs
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication skills for interacting with business users and technical teams
    • Problem-solving capability to quickly diagnose and fix FI functional issues
    • Ability to document functional specs, configuration details, and user manuals
    • Team collaboration and leadership for project coordination and mentoring

This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally. Experience with SAP certification, Fiori, and SAP Activate methodology is a plus.
