We are seeking a seasoned professional to head our internal audit department.
Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing complex financial situations across units. This includes developing innovative solutions to address business challenges and enhance financial performance.

Responsibilities include:
  • Develop novel solutions to address financial problems and improve overall performance.
  • Plan, organize, and manage complex financial tasks across departments.
  • Analyze business processes to identify core issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management review.
  • Conduct thorough variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
  • Head the internal audit department and implement effective audit tools.
  • Design, implement, and monitor internal controls and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Submit and revise internal audit plans as required.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and regulations.
  • Identify areas for cost control and implement strategies to reduce costs and prevent revenue leakages.
  • Participate in value improvement initiatives and capex project reviews.
  • Contribute to profit optimization through detailed contribution analysis reports.
  • Coordinate with department heads for annual budget preparation.
Qualifications A CA or MBA in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration with a minimum of 20 years of experience in auditing, financial analysis, and compliance. Required Skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, auditing procedures, and financial planning.
  • Ability to conduct surprise audits and travel to overseas locations when required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
