Senior Financial Systems Analyst

As a seasoned Senior Financial Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering cutting-edge financial solutions to our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design and implement new systems, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for financial systems.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of financial system projects, including data migration, integrations, and reporting tools.
  • Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and recommend system enhancements aligned with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with financial analysts, developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure proper design and delivery.
  • Configure financial features, including credit memo, collateral, document manager, covenant tracking, approval processes, and workflow automation.
  • Support UAT, training, and change management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Financial Systems Analyst, with at least 3+ years focused on Salesforce and nCino implementations in banking/financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lending, loan origination, treasury management, and banking operations.
  • Hands-on experience in nCino modules such as loan origination system (LOS), credit memo, collateral, covenant tracking, deposit account opening, and workflow/approval processes.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, Lightning).
  • Ability to create user stories, process flows, functional specs, and test cases.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong understanding of data migration, integrations (APIs, middleware), and reporting tools.

Preferred/Good-to-Have:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Business Analyst certification.
  • nCino 201 or 301 certifications.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, KYC, AML, and Risk Management in banking.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA / MS) preferred but not required.
