We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead and manage our financial operations, with a focus on innovation, excellence, and collaboration.

This role demands strong expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, MIS, final accounts preparation, tax compliance, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and monitor annual budgets, providing timely and accurate financial reports to senior management.
  • Prepare and present financial forecasts, analyzing performance data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the preparation of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and statutory audits, ensuring effective implementation of internal controls and risk management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax obligations, including GST, corporate taxes, and related matters.
  • Implement robust financial controls, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions.
  • Manage cash flow and banking relationships, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
  • Control the treasury function, optimizing investments and managing surplus funds effectively.
  • Leverage technology to streamline financial processes, enhancing reporting and forecasting capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 10-12 years in finance or accounting, with at least 7-8 years in a senior role.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, tax management, auditing, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms and AI/ML technologies.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
