**Financial Leadership Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the strategic direction of our finance functions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting for banquet and catering operations.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, cost control, revenue optimization, and internal controls.
- Analyze P&L, cash flows, and operational metrics specific to banquet and catering projects.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulations.
- Implement financial best practices, controls, and ERP systems tailored to banqueting/catering.
- Partner with operations and sales teams to plan profitable events, track margins, and control expenses.
- Support leadership in decision-making with clear financial analysis and recommendations.
- Mentor and supervise the finance team; drive a culture of continuous process improvement and financial integrity.
- Manage vendor contracts, payment cycles, and timely disbursements to suppliers and service partners.
**Requirements:**
- CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent, with experience in hospitality/banqueting/catering.
- Minimum 8–12 years of overall finance experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, compliance, MIS, financial modeling, event/catering cost controls.
- Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or hospitality ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- High integrity and process orientation.
