Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to drive demand creation and implement the product marketing strategy for motor drive solutions at Power Integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of motor technologies and a proven ability to handle major accounts projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive demand creation and revenue growth for motor drive solutions.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical documents, application notes, and papers.
  • Represent the company at local conferences and forums to establish thought leadership and build relationships with customers and partners.
  • Visit customers and distribution partners to gather market and technology information and establish long-term business relationships.
  • Identify and create value propositions for new high-value opportunity markets and provide training and collateral to sales teams.
  • Manage the flow of technical and commercial information between local teams and headquarters.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to support product launches and promote motor drive solutions.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field.
  • Strong technical understanding of motor technologies and motor control algorithm techniques.
  • Proven ability to handle major accounts projects from promotion to production.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
