Job Title: Computer Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's technology infrastructure.

  • Installation and configuration of operating systems across devices.
  • Assembling, upgrading, and troubleshooting of computer hardware.
  • Installation, configuration, backup, and troubleshooting of standard applications including MS Outlook.
  • Installation and troubleshooting of network printers; VPN and firewall configuration.
  • BitLocker encryption, antivirus update, and virus protection management.
  • User account creation, password resets, group policy updates, and access control.
  • Providing remote assistance for software and system-related issues.
  • Maintaining inventory records for hardware and software assets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of operating systems, hardware, and software, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. They should also be proficient in using various tools and technologies to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hardware Management: Assemble, upgrade, and troubleshoot computer hardware.
  • Software Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, backup, and troubleshoot standard applications.
  • Network Printer and Firewall Configuration: Install and troubleshoot network printers, VPN, and firewalls.
  • Security and Maintenance: Manage BitLocker encryption, antivirus updates, and virus protection.
  • User Account Management: Create user accounts, reset passwords, and manage group policies.
