Cloud Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing expert-level support for cloud services, server infrastructure, and productivity software.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of cloud migrations, Windows Server management, Office 365 administration, printer setup, networking, Active Directory management, remote support, and RDP configurations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cloud Migration Management: Handle end-to-end migration of applications and infrastructure to the cloud, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Remote Support Services: Deliver high-quality remote support services to clients, resolving issues related to cloud services, server infrastructure, networking, and productivity software.
  • Office 365 Administration: Provide expert-level support for Office 365, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other associated services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud support and administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory management.
  • Experience with printer setup and troubleshooting across different network configurations.
  • Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
  • Ability to provide effective remote support to clients, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate would be an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
