Job Title: Influencer Marketing Executive

The ideal candidate will be a creative, detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of influencer ecosystems in the female beauty, skincare, and grooming space.

This role involves managing influencer collaborations and campaigns end-to-end to enhance brand visibility, build credibility, and drive growth on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Influencer Marketing Strategies: Build tailored strategies that amplify Sotrue's presence in the beauty, skincare, & grooming categories.
  • Influencer Identification and Management: Identify, onboard, and manage a diverse portfolio of beauty, lifestyle, and wellness influencers/content creators.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and run targeted campaigns around product launches, festive seasons, and ongoing brand initiatives.
  • Brand Alignment and Collaboration: Collaborate with brand and creative teams to design engaging influencer briefs and ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Contract Negotiation and Budget Management: Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Campaign Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize future initiatives.
  • Industry Trends and Insights: Stay updated with trends in the beauty & personal care influencer space to keep Sotrue ahead of the curve.
  • Database Management: Maintain a structured influencer database with performance metrics.
