We are looking for a candidate who can turn influencer marketing performance data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on multiple spreadsheets, with large datasets across social media platforms and campaign reports.

You will play a critical role in measuring ROI, understanding audience impact, and guiding creative and strategic influencer decisions for our clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Collect, clean and analyse influencer campaign data from multiple sources (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Meta Business Suite, affiliate dashboards and third-party tools).
  • Prepare visually appealing presentations reflecting data, insights and analytics.
  • Identify high-performing influencers and trends across platforms to optimise future campaigns.
  • Work closely with strategy, account management and creative teams to provide insights that shape influencer selection and content direction.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis for influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Provide post-campaign analysis with clear storytelling (data > insights > recommendations).
  • Interact with clients and influencers every day.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing or media analytics.
  • Excellent at MS Excel, MSPowerpoint and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
