Artist and Influencer Partnership Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to discover, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships. This individual will be a key member of our marketing team, working closely with creators and talent agencies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discover, onboard, and manage exclusive influencers for brand collaborations
  • Manage a portfolio of social media influencers, focusing on YouTube and Instagram
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies
  • Negotiate deliverables, rates, and timelines in alignment with campaign objectives
  • Track performance, coordinate timelines, and ensure timely submissions and campaign launches
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and follow-ups on all influencer interactions and performance

Requirements:

  • A seasoned professional who can onboard influential partners
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing
  • Prior experience working with brands or influencer networks is essential
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, particularly across YouTube and Instagram
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage complex projects efficiently
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadline-driven campaign objectives
