About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to provide insights that shape our influencer marketing campaigns.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent skills in MSExcel, MSPowerpoint, and presentation skills, with experience in data analysis, digital marketing, or media analytics being a plus. You will also have strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

  • Collect, clean, and analyze influencer campaign data from various sources.
  • Prepare visually appealing PowerPoint presentations reflecting data, insights, and analytics.
  • Identify high-performing influencers and trends across platforms to optimize future campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with strategy, account management, and creative teams to provide insights that shape influencer selection and content direction.
  • Build predictive models for influencer performance and audience impact.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis for influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Provide post-campaign analysis with clear storytelling (data → insights → recommendations).
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting through QA checks and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in data analysis.
  • Excellent skills in MSExcel, MSPowerpoint, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS).
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
