Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating mechanical engineering tasks within cross-functional project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate mechanical engineering tasks within cross-functional project teams.
  2. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using tools like Gantt charts and Excel.
  3. Collaborate with departments such as purchase, QA, RA, Production, and Marketing to ensure alignment on project goals.
  4. Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Engineering Department Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in mechanical design reviews, prototyping, and validation activities.
  2. Contribute to process improvement initiatives in design and manufacturing workflows.
  3. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in mechanical engineering.
  4. Liaise with suppliers and vendors for technical evaluations and procurement support.
  5. Provide technical input during product development and lifecycle management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering or project coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
